Berths up for grabs on the Algarve
A UK firm is offering 30-year berth leases in a top marina on the Algarve.
The berths are available at Marina de Portimão, with full re-sale and sub-letting rights.
They are offered by Triangle Berth Brokers, who also sell berth leases in the Med.
Marina de Portimão is a 620-berth, full-service site between Vilamoura and Lagos.
Marina bosses are releasing less than 40 berths of various sizes.
There is a four-star hotel on site as well as shops, restaurants, bars, swimming pools and beaches.
Set on the banks of the Arade River, the marina is well protected.
