A new event called the Great Island Challenge asks participants to crew a boat and cycle around the Isle of Wight.
The challenge, in aid of Seafarers UK, will see participants learn to crew a yacht and help take it around the island, before donning their cycle shorts for a 62-mile coastline bike ride.
The event is being organised by the same people that put together the 24 Peaks Challenge.
Companies have until the beginning of March to sign up their teams.
All participating teams will be given fundraising advice and support. Each team of six people will be asked to raise £5,000.
Lee Dobbins, of Seafarers UK, said: "This is a unique challenge and excellent opportunity to explore and conquer the great Isle of Wight from both sea and land."
Seafarers UK is Britain's leading seafaring charity helping people from the Royal Navy, Merchant Navy and fishing fleets.
