The Motor Boat of the Year Awards 2010, sponsored by Garmin Europe Ltd, will bring together the great and the good from the motorboating world this year on 11th January in London.

The best companies from the industry will compete for prestigious awards in ten categories, with the winners announced at a gala evening. Experts from Motor Boat & Yachting and Motor Boats Monthly magazines will decide the nine winners, with special mention for highly commended runners-up.

The tenth award, the Garmin Europe Ltd Outstanding Service Award, has been decided by nominations from the public. The award goes to a company that has provided extraordinary service in the marine industry and is particularly poignant this year as companies have sought to provide something special to differentiate themselves in a tough market.
