View the footage that a former police detective says proves that the Loch Ness Monster exists

A retired police detective has added credence to the mystery of the Loch Ness Monster by claiming that he has seen it with his own eyes.

Simon Dinsdale is convinced that footage shot by his father half a century ago proves that the Loch Ness Monster exists.

He told the BBC’s Inside Out programme, “I saw this immense, extraordinary object, it looked like the back of a huge animal.

“I’m experienced at looking at evidence and I can tell you that on the balance of probabilities there is something large and unknown living in this loch.”

See the footage on the BBC’s website and judge for yourself whether the mystery of Nessie is fact or fiction.
