What's your favourite boating music? Discover Boating, a programme launched by the National Marine Manufacturers Association to get people on the water in the US, has surveyed a network of boating contacts to come up with its list of top on-water tunes.
"Nothing beats a sunny day out on a boat with good friends and great music - it's what so many of us love about summer," said Carl Blackwell, vice president for Discover Boating.
"We identified some of the most popular nautical-themed songs from a variety of artists and genres, all of which illustrate why boating and music go hand-in-hand. The wind in your hair, sun on your face, surrounded by friends and family - boating and music both provide an escape and when combined create an unbeatable on-the-water experience."
See below for Discover Boating's top tunes:
Boats, by Kenny Chesney
Brandy (You're a Fine Girl), by Looking Glass
Come Sail Away, by Styx
If I Had a Boat, by Lyle Lovett

These are all great, we also love "Ride Like the Wind",Christopher Cross. We also got married to the tunes of "The Voyage" by Christie Moore. We also have many more, can some one make a sailing CD with the top 20?
