Tell your boating adventures on stage

Do you have a great boating yarn to tell – and are you prepared to tell it on stage at the Tullett Prebon London Boat Show?

The organisers of the show, which runs from 8-17 January 2010, are asking MBY readers if they would share their most exciting or unusual on-water experiences on the event’s main stage.

To illustrate your talk you can use your own video or photos, which will appear on a 60ft screen behind you.

You would be on stage for around 15 to 20 minutes and can be supported by professional presenters if you wish.

You will also receive two free tickets to the show.

The show team say: “Everyone has a story to tell about their boating experiences, some of which can be quite extraordinary.

“We want to invite onto the main stage the boating world’s unsung heroes to talk about their experiences. “They may not be famous faces, but they will all have fascinating tales to tell. It’s not just the well-known boating heroes who deserve the limelight!”

Anyone who is interested in taking part is asked to contact Ashley Simmons by 1 December.
