Strong numbers for the 2012 PSP Southampton Boat Show
The midweek visitor numbers are in and they support the general feeling that the 2012 PSP Southampton Boat Show is doing rather well.
Saturday was up 9% on last years figures, Sunday was up 7%. It isn’t just the weekends that are doing well – Tuesday saw a massive 13% increase.
Surprisingly, the preview day was slightly down on 2011,
dropping by 3%, although exhibitors still said that it was a busy day for them.
Total numbers for the week up to Tuesday
stand at 50,352, up an overall 6% on the previous years show.
With rain forecast for Sunday, if you haven’t visited the show yet Saturday could be the day to aim for.
