Fairline wins top award

The Fairline Squadron 74 has been announced as the winner of the prestigious Yachts European Trophy 2003.

The Fairline Squadron 74 has been announced as the winner of the prestigious Yachts European Trophy 2003. Nominated in the 60 Ð 80 ft Flybridge category, the Squadron 74 withstood strong competition from both Diano and Feretti to win the category.

Judged by a committee of industry experts, including some of EuropeÕs leading designers, architects and marine journalists, each entry comes under intense and detailed scrutiny.

Karl Gilding, European Sales Manager, received the award on behalf of Fairline Boats at the Cannes International Boat Show on Saturday 13th September in the presence of industry leaders from around the world.

Speaking from the Southampton Boat Show where Fairline have just completed the world launch of their new Targa 62, Derek Carter, Chairman of Fairline Boats expressed his pride at the award.
