To drum up interest in the new Island Harbour Marina development on the Isle of Wight, developers are offering a free 17ft Key Largo sportsboat worth £15,000 with selected new houses.
The houses don’t come cheap, however, with prices starting from £390,000. The first show home is expected to be ready for viewing sometime in autumn.
Each of the waterfront homes comes with its own 10m pontoon mooring, in which your new Key Largo speed machine should fit nicely!
