Deganwy Quay Marina has been nominated for a prestigious design award. The £35 million development is one of half a dozen projects cited in the regeneration category by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards in Wales.
Projects on the final shortlist will compete for the national award to be decided this summer, with the overall winners going on to the International RICS Awards later in the year. The 165-berth marina, which was bought by the Crown Estate earlier this year, is leased to Quay Marinas with the office and retail space leased to Majestic Yachts.
