For the third year running, the Norfolk Broads will play host to the Horning Boat Show over the May Day weekend, with this year’s event scheduled for May 2.

Organisers have confirmed a wide range of exhibitors, from manufacturers Broom Boats, Pedro, Sheerline and Haines Marine to the RNLI and the National Coastwatch Institute.

The free one-day event will feature pedal boats and canoes, right up to gentleman’s launches and 40ft luxury cruisers.

A selection of new and used boats will be on display from local brokers Norfolk Yacht Agency, Norfolk Boat Sales, and Val Wyatt Marine.

Other attractions at this year’s Horning Boat Show include entertainment for both adults and kids, and the Try Sailing Event, which hopes to get newcomers on the water with the Horning Sailing Club.

Free parking is available at nearby adventure park Bewilderwood, which is a ten-minute walk from the show. A shuttle bus will also be laid on, priced at £1 per adult and 50p per child.
