No changes for marina in Ocean Village development plans
Plans for a huge development at MDL’s
Ocean Village Marina have been approved today.
The plans of this joint venture, between MDL, and Nicolas James Group – owner of Harbour Hotels – includes a hotel and spa (Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa) plus 82 waterfront apartments and new restaurants/retail premises.
While this new development will serve to enhance the area, and make it
more attractive to visiting boaters, there are no plans to change the actual
marina which means those wishing to visit during the three year build period,
should not be affected.
