Sargo 33 to expand Finnish pilothouse range

The Finnish yard has revealed the design for the upcoming Sargo 33, which will come fitted with up to 2x400hp engines

Sargo Boats has revealed the latest addition to its range of Finnish explorer boats in the form of the Sargo 33.

The new design features a 36’2” hull with a pilothouse and reverse-angled windscreen, meaning it will go head-to-head with the likes of the Botnia Targa 32.

Below decks, the Sargo 33 will get a vee-shaped berth in the bows and an amidships cabin that can be laid out as either three berths with a divan or two berths with a heads compartment.

However, it is the engine options that will make this Finnish model truly exciting – the yard plans to fit up to twin 400hp engines to the Sargo 33, giving a top speed of around 43 knots.

Those looking for a more economical option can choose the single 400hp or twin 300hp alternatives.

Other key features include a heads compartment with separate shower, galley to stern, and an L-shaped sofa in the saloon.

As you’d expect from a Sargo, the driving position is highly practical, with enough space at the helm to fit two chart plotters and a pair of side doors providing easy access to the gunwhales while mooring.

Launch dates and prices are yet to be revealed, but for more pictures of the Sargo 33, click on the slideshow above.
