Stars of London: Sunseeker 75 Yacht

The London Boat Show wouldn’t be complete without a big launch from Sunseeker. This year it will be the 75 Yacht taking centre stage at ExCeL.

The new boat slots in at the bottom end of Sunseeker’s Yacht range, which will soon extend all the way up to the 155 superyacht.

As the new 75 replaces the Manhattan 73, it’s apt that you can see styling cues from both the Manhattan and Yacht lines on the 75. The Z-shaped hull windows are shared with the newest models in the Manhattan range while the carbon-effect windscreen surround echoes
the striking 28 Metre.

On board there are four cabins comprising a full-beam master amidships, two double guest cabins and an additional twin to port. There is also a decent crew cabin with that familiar glazing in the transom, so it can be used as an ad hoc guest cabin.

Performance is clearly as important as ever for the Poole yard because the standard pair of MAN V12 engines will manage 34 knots at the top end. Sunseeker says it is happy to work with owners and install a wide variety of different power plants, though.
