The Japanese outboard manufacturer is giving away a bundle of goodies to the photographer to celebrate 50 years making marine motors

Suzuki has announced details of its latest competition, which will see one lucky winner scoop a bundle of nautical prizes in return for the best motorboat photograph.

The company is looking for the photo that best captures the essence of a Suzuki-powered adventure on the water.

The top prize is a Garmin VIRB action camera (worth £350), and the best photographer will also get free tickets to the PSP Southampton Boat Show 2015 and a range of Suzuki-branded gear, including a Gill jacket, a pair of sunglasses and a Crewsaver lifejacket.

One of the first entries is pictured above – if you think you can do better, e-mail suzuki@mindworks.co.uk before 30 November.

The competition is being run to mark the 50th anniversary of Suzuki’s outboard motors range, which began in 1965, with the original D55 model.

Further anniversary celebrations are due to run throughout 2015, when all Suzuki outboard owners will be invited to mark this milestone.
