The latest issue of Motor Boat & Yachting is out now!

Motor Boat & Yachting September 2016 includes tests of the Princess 75 Motor Yacht, Leopard 43PC and Jeanneau Leader 46

The latest issue of Motor Boat & Yachting is out now and includes full boat reports on the Jeanneau Leader 46, Princess 75 Motor Yacht and Leopard 43PC.

The Jeanneau is our cover star and it’s one of the most versatile sportscruisers on the market, available with or without cockpit doors, two or three cabins and the choice of IPS pods or sterndrives.

The Princess 75 Motor Yacht replaces the 72 and is without a doubt one of the finest products to come out of the Plymouth yard.

Boasting four very spacious cabins and a spectacular, single-level saloon the interior is capable of swallowing eight people in supreme comfort, as well as couple of crew.

The Leopard 43PC is an update of the old 39 but there are more than enough changes for it to be classed as a brand new boat. New hulls, new engines and a much improved interior layout combine to make this one of the best small power cats on the market. Jack Haines’ video is available to view here.

Nick Burnham has been blasting around on something a little smaller but no less enticing. The Invictus 240FX brings some Italian style to the 25ft sportsboat market as well as excellent detailing and a good range of Suzuki outboard engines. Watch the video here to see what it’s like.

Nick has also been busy on the used boat trail, where he takes you through the Sunseeker Portofino 40, is tasked to find a used boat for under £120k and has even produced a video explaining how to sea trial a new or used boat.

In the New Tech section Dave Marsh reviews the new Volvo Penta D8 IPS700 system and in our Our Boats feature Mark Weiss discusses the buying and building process of his new Prestige 680.

We also have a packed cruising section this month, with Peter Cumberlidge uncovering some of the finest waterside holiday homes with berths attached, Thomas and Jutta Kittel come to the end of their Norwegian adventure and Hugo charters a Linssen on Loch Lomond.

We hope you enjoy the issue and remember you can subscribe to MBY to get the magazine on your doormat every month and benefit from special offers.
