What is it?: A semi-planing, single-engined, long-range cruiser from the US.
Worth seeing because: The 37 was one of the unexpected stars of last year's show and the 42 boasts the same user-friendly appeal, with a fuel-efficient semi-displacement hull renowned for seaworthiness.
The full-length window in the wheelhouse door is a good touch and enhances what is already a delightful wheelhouse.
Down below there are two cabins and a convertible sofa in the saloon.
All models in the range have an optional flybridge.
