The Sunseeker 95 Yacht only boasts an extra half deck over its 28m sister ship, but the affect is astonishing. Alan Harper shows you around
The Suneeker 95 Yacht makes its debut at the Southampton Boat Show later this month and we have been on board to deliver a video review of one of the most exciting boats of the year.
Thought it shares many elements with the boat it replaces there are some significant changes on board that transform its overall workings.
Raising the pilothouse on to a half deck leaves enough space forward for what is surely the most spectacular master suite in the class.
It’s a duplex arrangement with the bedroom ‘hovering’ over the ensuite bathroom on a mezzanine, linked by a gently curving spiral staircase.
This leaves space on the lower deck for three guest ensuites, including a full-beam VIP that will keep occupants particularly happy.
We tested the yacht with the largest twin MTU 1,947hp engines, good for a top speed of 26 knots, which isn’t bad going for something’s 92ft long and weighs over 85 tonnes.
