Video: Sunseeker Superhawk 34 used boat test

If it’s good enough for James Bond, it’s good enough for Nick Burnham. Our boat tester takes on 007’s Sunseeker nemesis

These days Sunseeker and James Bond go hand in hand, but it wasn’t always that way.

The silver screen connection began in 1999 with ‘The World Is Not Enough’, in which a hair-raising chase up the Thames sees the baddie driving a Sunseeker Superhawk 34.

Fast-forward 15 years and you can pick up a boat like this for less than £80,000 without losing any of the 007 thrills.

In our latest used boat test, Nick Burnham takes the helm of a Superhawk to see exactly what you get for your money.

As he explains, this 600hp boat is about out-and-out driving, so we take to the water to see just how it performs.

We also take a look below decks to explore the cabin, heads, galley and dinette, which make up for a lack of space with plenty of comfort and a classy finish.
