Countdown to London: Sunseeker San Remo

We continue our series on the most exciting launches at the London Boat Show with the Sunseeker San Remo

San Remo Sunseekers are all about powering through impossibly blue seas with the sun beating down on the deck and the wind fluttering through your hair.

This latest version ticks all of these boxes and plenty more, with the modern accompaniments that are now expected of a sportscruiser all on show.

It has a hardtop but the soft roof folds up tightly to leave a huge aperture through which the sun can blaze.

The stubby aft section of the hardtop coaming also means that the large sunpad is fully exposed and not hindered by dreaded shade.

Beneath the sunpad there is a tender garage as well as the option of a hydraulic bathing platform.

To the fore there are four forward-facing seats – two at the helm and two adjacent for people to enjoy the ride.

And it’s likely to be a fun ride thanks to a pair of Volvo Penta IPS pod drives (horsepower as yet unspecified), which Sunseeker claims will push the San Remo to a conservative 30 knots.

Below decks there is a full-beam midships master cabin plus a VIP forward with scissor-action berths, and both cabins having a bathroom each.
