Williams Minijet

The smallest tender from industry big hitter Williams - who by volume is currently the biggest boat builder in the country - this is a vessel that has taken the marine market by storm.

Lightweight, compact and powerful, with the high quality build and impressive performance we’ve come to expect from Oxfordshire-based Williams, this tender simply has to be part of the jet-set elite of the MBY Cool 50.

The 9ft 2in LOA means it fits into tighter yacht garages and on bathing platforms and the zippy little tender has been a welcome addition for smaller yacht owners and has been particularly successful in opening up the sub 50ft sector for Williams.

Stability, performance and design are all top notch and power comes from BRP Rotax Ace 900 engines, making for a top speed in excess of 30 knots.

The Minijet is around 100kg lighter than the equivalent Turbojet model and the waterjet propulsion gives good peace of mind when in use around youngsters and swimmers.

With no outboard engine to fit or remove every time you head down to the boat, the Minijet offers great hassle-free on-board living.

Designed to take three adult passengers comfortably, the tender is stable when under way. Typical Williams dynamics were on show when the MBY team put the Minijet through its paces and the drive proved entertaining and engaging while steering was direct and responsive.

The Rotax engine provides ample grunt whether you’re out for a thrill, transporting passengers or towing a waterskier.

Pound for pound it’s one of the most enjoyable boats on the water and its British-built heritage only makes us love it that little bit more!
