Participants awoke to a beautiful bright morning in St Peter Port but the weather still isn’t behaving and unfortunately there was another no go for a move to Salcombe.

As the fleet would be spending another day in Guernsey the MBM team organised RIB trips over to Herm. Local man Richard piloted Time Flies through the many rocks taking crews from Jomina, Illusion, The Two of Us and Zanique over to the beautiful island. Everyone spent three hours exploring the stunning beaches and coastal paths.

A briefing was held on the pontoon at 1800 detailing the possible move tomorrow. The plan is now to move to Dartmouth and bypass Salcombe to get back on schedule. The first boats are due to depart at 0830 and the rest of the fleet will be exiting the harbour at 1030. A pontoon party followed the briefing in the early evening sunshine.
