An extra day in St Vaast

Bad weather prevents a passage to next port Dives su Mer....

Thursday 15th June

Day 6

Position – St Vaast

Unfortunately, an early morning weather check by Neale confirmed that today was no go for a move to Dives sur Mer. Although the harbour is normally quite sheltered, grey skies above and a chilly north easterly wind confirmed it was the right decision. Weather permitting we will be moving tomorrow and will be able to continue with the schedule, with two nights in Dives.
