Aquastar 42 Panoramic

Aquastar 42 Panoramic promises bags of space with modern touches

The Aquastar 42 Panoramic will blend tradition with modern touches when it hits the water early next year.

The boat is called so thanks to the huge windows either side of the aft cabin; they serve two purposes, the most obvious being that they will flood the cabin with light.

But they also do a great job of modernising the tried and tested Aquastar look.

As well as the aft cabin there is a spacious double in the bow with its own ensuite.

On a boat of this size, having the privacy of two cabins at opposite ends of the boat to each other is a real plus point.

Aquastar are very flexible when it comes to engine options even down to whether you want a single or twin installation and it’s all very much up to the owner.

Volvo Penta and Yanmar are likely to make up the bulk of choices and they will fit a hybrid drive to a single installation if requested.

With their background in tough commercial vessels they are promising great things from this new hull too, excellent sea keeping and strong efficiency being just two of their claims.

The first boat will miss this year’s Southampton Boat Show but could be ready for the London Boat Show, the launch will most likely be in spring next year, however.
