Plans have been announced for boat-shaped floating homes to be installed in Princes Dock basin in Liverpool. Peel Holdings says the 26 homes in the Flotilla development have been designed with a nautical theme to give the appearance of a row of super yachts.
Each will have three decks, and will feature an outside deck area at gunwhale level, an external balcony, and a sun deck. Prices for ‘boats’ in the development are expected to be similar to those being asked for top-of-the-range penthouse apartments.
