Judge the EA’s flood response

Survey asks: "How well did EA convey information about flooding?"

Thames boaters affected by the recent floods have been asked to judge how the Environment Agency (EA) dealt with events.

In a questionnaire that can be downloaded from the Visit Thames website, boaters are asked particularly to rate how the EA disseminated information about the flooding.

Once complete, the survey can be handed in to any Thames lock or sent to an address on the form.

The EA says the comments received will be used for a review of the situation and to help make improvements for the future.
