Plans for a new marina in Lowestoft have been submitted to Waveney District Council. The 130-berth marina would form one part of the redevelopment of the former Brooke Marine shipyard on the banks of Lake Lothing.
Development of the 12.5 hectare site would include offices and retail premises as well as 550 flats, 100 houses, and a 200-bedroom care retirement home.
