Points leader Bin Hendi out of World Championship final

Surprise move could affect final result

Team Victory
have confirmed that defending world champion Nadir bin Hendi will not race in the final Class 1 Offshore Grand Prix of the year this week in Dubai.

He will be replaced by double world champion Mohammed Al Marri – the team stating: ‘we have an internal issue regarding Nadir.’

The move sees the 2001 and 2008 Champion teaming-up with three times and defending World Champion Arif Al Zafeen (pictured left).

This sudden move could open the way for Britain’s Steve Curtis to finish higher on the final points table.
