Princess complete the hull of their first 40M

Princess finish the first hull of their largest boat to date

Princess have finished the hull of their first 40M, the biggest boat that they have ever built.

The yard believe that it is the largest resin-infused hull in the world.

Upon completion, the 130ft yacht will be able to accommodate twelve guests and eight crew within separate quarters.

Princess say: “Moulding the hull in this way also has major benefits for the manufacturing process itself by cleaning up the operation and dramatically reducing emissions which supports the company’s environmental initiative.”

The 40M will be the flagship of the Princess range when it is finished in early 2012 following the launch of the 32M at January’s Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show.
