Secret Supper for RNLI lifeboat crew

A lucky RNLI crew star in this week's instalment of an al fresco cooking show

Energetic chef Olly Smith lays on an Indian banquet inside the

Dungeness Lifeboat Station in this Saturday’s episode of Secret Supper Club, the programme that specialises in holding lavish dinners in unlikely locations.

When the Channel 4 cookery show arrives in Kent, presenter Smith sets to work building a fish smoker and a tandoori oven to make

kedgeree and chicken tikka to be served at the meal in the boathouse.

Crewmember Mark Richardson tries his hand at smoking fish while other RNLI guests at the dinner include operations manager Chris Ubee, coxswain Stuart Adams and fundraising committee member Betty Paine.

The Secret Supper Club will be shown on Channel 4 on Saturday 12 March at 3.50pm.
