Two or three cabins, with IPS
This is the new Bénéteau MonteCarlo 47, the latest in the popular range which now includes a 27, 32 and 37.
The 47-footer will be available in a two or three cabin version and has been designed for Volvo IPS with joystick control.
The proposed engines are 2 x 435hp Volvo D6 IPS 600.
Bénéteau say: “The appointed designer for the MonteCarlo range, Pierangelo Andreani, has arrived at an elegantly unified approach combining a Mediterranean style with fittings to satisfy every taste.
“The overall Sport Cruiser design incorporates a Hard Top and an aft triple-pane picture window, making it a true Open for sun-drenched days but still able to provide protection when the weather freshens.
“The enormous cockpit can accommodate the entire crew for those periods of relaxation. The opening roof and the sun awning extension are electric, and the large garage for the tender means its engine can be left in position. The large practical bathing platform gives safe access to the sea.
“Forward, a king-size (2m x 1.9m) sunbathing platform is fitted with new coverings from the Exclusive upholstery collection.”
