The man Mendez offers his considerable expertise
MBY contributor and renowned instructor Jon Mendez has produced two new DVDs offering tips on motorboat handling.
The DVDs are being published by RYA Publications.
The DVDs, RYA Introduction to Motorboat Handling and RYA Advanced Motorboat Handling, cover basics such as preparing to go to sea and berthing, as well as advanced techniques such as trimming at speed and Mediterranean mooring.
Jon is an experienced Yachtmaster Instructor and his relaxed teaching style comes across in the DVDs and makes for easy viewing and learning.
Both DVDs will be launched at the PSP Southampton Boat Show, 12-21 September on the RYA/BMF stand E052.
They will also be available at www.rya.org.uk/shop or in most leading book stores, priced £19.99 per DVD.
