Azimut Yachts to launch Atlantis 43 at Düsseldorf Boat Show

Italian yard Azimut Yachts is set to debut its latest Atlantis 43 during 2015’s Düsseldorf Boat Show

The Azimut Atlantis 43 is set to make its
world debut at 2015’s Düsseldorf Boat Show, which runs 17-25 January.

The Atlantis 43, which slots in to the
range between the 38 and 50, features an electrically sliding hard top, a
tender garage and sunpad aft and a clever mechanism on the navigator seat,
which transforms it from double bench to compact sunpad in seconds.

The one-piece windscreen and large side windows should make for fine views out
from the dinette, which itself transforms into another sunpad.

The master cabin benefits from elongated
hull windows and an ensuite heads and shower, as well as storage under the bed.
Internal upholstery choices are offered from a range of Italian designer
fabrics, including Missoni, Armani, and Loro Piana.

The guest cabin, located amidships and with
its own one-piece hull windows, features sliding berths giving the choice of
either a large double bed or separate twins with the useful option of an added
third bunk.

The 43 runs on twin Volvo Penta D6 400hp
engines and sterndrives, giving a maximum speed of 33 knots.

Boasting dashing Italian looks and a good turn of pace, the Azimut Atlantis 43
should be a welcome addition to this fiercely competitive corner of the market.
