PSP Southampton Boat Show closes 9% down on 2010

MBY climbs on board the stars of the show, all featured in our bumper November issue

The 2011 PSP Southampton Boat Show closed on Sunday after attracting 111,017 people through the gates, a 9% decline on 2010’s attendance figure.

Organisers of the ten-day show said they were “delighted with its success”.

National Boat Shows MD Murray Ellis: “The new elements to the show, as well as great show highlights, have left 2011 on a high in a time of continuing and extremely challenging economic conditions.

“The atmosphere and dedication by all those involved is unparalleled and something to certainly be proud of.”
