Raymarine are running a series of free product knowledge days to provide users with expert advice, tips and training on all aspects of marine electronics.

Boaters in North Wales are invited to Dickies Chandlery in Bangor on Saturday 5 April, where the Raymarine Roadshow Trailer will be open from 10am to 4pm.

The training is hosted by radar expert and RYA instructor Alan Watson with well-known journalist, author, and skipper Tom Cunliffe.

With the Raymarine exhibition trailer fully equipped with all the latest products, there’s plenty of equipment available for hands-on use, the firm say.

To complement the training, Holyhead Sailing Club are hosting a buffet dinner on Saturday 5 April with Tom Cunliffe providing an after-dinner speech.

Tickets for the dinner cost £8.50 and a limited number of tickets are available by emailing info@raymarine.com

Raymarine are also running a roadshow prize draw to win Tom Cunliffe’s Electronic Yachtmaster DVD and a signed copy of Tom’s book ‘Pilots (The World of Pilotage under Sail and Oar) Vol 2’.

To enter the prize draw, simply log onto www.raymarine.co.uk

The Raymarine Roadshow will also be visiting Northumberland on the 19 April and Guernsey on the 26 April.

The exhibition trailer can also be found on the South Coast during the summer and will be heading west for Falmouth Week and the Pendennis Cup.

Further details will be announced shortly here.
